In November of 2023, six Jewish sisters were sent on the search for salvation in this new play written by Rebecca Schilsky & Cara Geser. With characters from the Talmud and Torah, these sisters embarked on the journey of a lifetime, discovering the true meaning of faith and sisterhood.

Explore the bitter and the sweet in this new indulgent play, where actors will explore their relationship to food as a source of creation, connection, and culture. Bring your family's dishes and ideas to the table as we write this play's recipe from scratch!

Rebecca is proud to announce that she has been accepted into the Second City Directing Program! This March, Rebecca will be collaborating with artists to bring an original comedy show to you! The show runs Friday, March 3rd — Friday March 24th @10pm. She looks forward to seeing you there!

This summer, you can find Rebecca back in the rehearsal room with Ghostlight Ensemble! Directing “Can You Hear the Mermaids Sing?”, she is thrilled to be working on another TYA show, and this year you can catch this show in person! Rebecca is excited to be a Production Manager with Jackalope Theatre Company for their Living Newspaper Festival! For three consecutive weekends, come see a variety of short plays all based on current news articles. Click here for more information!

“Can Can” you believe it? Rebecca is currently the Production Assistant for the Moulin Rouge Tour in Chicago! Heading Downtown to the Nederlander Theatre, Rebecca is helping this diamond sparkle on State Street!

Rebecca is excited to be working as a Teaching Artist, Assistant Director, & Stage Manager for Mudlark Theater! with Mudlark, Rebecca is also supporting and teaching programs that educate and inspire students throughout the city & Chicago suburbs. This includes jumping into the Mystery Machine with the Scooby Doo Gang & Nancy Drew Crew for their Playlab program.

Rebecca is thrilled to continue her theatrical Chicago journey working as an Assistant Teaching Artist for Northlight Theatre! with Northlight, Rebecca is supporting and teaching programs that educate and inspire students throughout the city & Chicago suburbs.

Rebecca is very excited to announce that this summer she will be leading Second City's Summer Camp!!! Anyone who knows her knows she loves camp, spirit, & theater games, and she’s so fortunate to have found a place where she can fit all that she loves into one experience!
